Care

Machine washable & quick dry: Pop in a wash bag on a gentle cycle at 40 degrees. Hang to dry inside out, or tumble dry low.
What not to do: To preserve the life of your bra do not wring, use fabric softener, bleach, or iron.
Please note: Due to the absorbent nature of this material, we recommend 24h drying time if hang drying.

Wear Time

All women leak different amounts and as a result the wear time may differ.

Most will be able to wear one bra day & night, however, extreme leakers may need to replace more frequently.

As you start to wear your Lesh bra you will become familiar with when it is starting to feel full. If you notice you’re feeling damp, a change is required.

How to use

Step 1

Wear instead of your usual nursing bra and forget the breast pads.
Step 2

Wear day and/or night to absorb milk without any leakags or uncomfortable wetness.
Step 3

Chuck it in the wash on a gentle cycle and hang to dry to wear again & again. Simple!

As long as you feel comfortable! Lesh bras are suitable for day and/or night wear and can be worn for a 24 hour period based on your flow and preference.

As you wear your bra, you will become familiar with when it is feeling full. On occasional cases of extreme oversupply where you leak more than 60ml in a 24 hour period, you might notice that you feel a bit damp on the underband.

This is when it’s time to change & pop a new one on!

Lesh bras have been specially designed for the leakiest of boobs and tested on mums with serious oversupply to ensure the bras go the distance day & night, however, every woman leaks different amounts and your mileage might vary!

Every mama leaks different amounts and you just won’t fully know until your milk comes in. We recommend being prepared and testing out a Lesh bra for your hospital bag for when your milk starts to come in shortly after giving birth.

Once you’ve tried a Lesh bra and know you love it, we recommend a minimum of 3-4 on rotation with 5 being a comfortable amount if you are hang drying.

Of course! While the main benefits will be felt while leaking, it can be used pre and post pregnancy and is especially effective on postpartum hot flashes!

How annoying is it when you lose padding in the wash or find it’s all bunched up and needs to be repositioned? We’ve purposely made sure the absorbent padded lining is non-removable to give you one less thing to worry about!

Due to its absorbent qualities, we recommend hanging the bra inside out to dry for 24 hours. For best results, tumble dry on a low setting.

It's important to follow the size chart and if you are measuring larger than listed, please don't try and squeeze into a Lesh bra! Bras that are too tight can encourage mastitis and we definitely don't want that for you.
