As long as you feel comfortable! Lesh bras are suitable for day and/or night wear and can be worn for a 24 hour period based on your flow and preference.
As you wear your bra, you will become familiar with when it is feeling full. On occasional cases of extreme oversupply where you leak more than 100ml in a 24 hour period, you might notice that you feel a bit damp on the underband.
This is when it’s time to change & pop a new one on!
Lesh bras have been specially designed for the leakiest of boobs and tested on Mums with serious oversupply to ensure the bras go the distance day & night, however, every woman leaks different amounts and your mileage might vary!
Every mama leaks different amounts and you just won’t fully know until your milk comes in. We recommend being prepared and testing out a Lesh bra for your hospital bag for when your milk starts to come in shortly after giving birth.
Once you’ve tried a Lesh bra and know you love it, we recommend a minimum of 3-4 on rotation with 5 being a comfortable amount. Remember, shipping is always free!
Of course! While the main benefits will be felt while leaking, it can be used as a low impact sports bra pre and post pregnancy and is especially effective on post pregnancy hot flashes!
How annoying is it when you lose padding in the wash or find it’s all bunched up and needs to be repositioned? We’ve purposely made sure the absorbent padded lining is non-removable to give you one less thing to worry about!
Due to the absorbent qualities, we recommend hanging the bra inside out to dry for 24 hours.
