As long as you feel comfortable and dry! Lesh bras are suitable for day and/or night wear and can be worn for a 24 hour period based on your flow and preference. Heavier leakers may need to change their bras more frequently.

As you wear your bra, you will become familiar with when it is feeling full. On occasional cases of oversupply/heavy leakage, you might notice that you feel a bit damp on the underband - this is when it’s time to change & pop a new one on!

Lesh bras have been specially designed for all types of leaker from light-heavy.

In cases of extreme oversupply and heavy leakage, you will need to replace frequently.

Every mama leaks different amounts and you just won’t fully know until your milk comes in.

The great thing about Lesh bras is that they don't feel bulky, so even if you are a minimal leaker, you will still have the benefits of a great nursing bra you can wear frequently.

Once you’ve tried a Lesh bra and know you love it, we recommend a minimum of 3-4 on rotation with 5 being a comfortable amount.

Of course! While the main benefits will be felt while leaking, it can be used pre and post pregnancy and is especially effective on postpartum hot flashes and pregnancy colostrum leaks.

How annoying is it when you lose padding in the wash or find it’s all bunched up and needs to be repositioned? We’ve purposely made sure the absorbent padded lining is non-removable to give you one less thing to worry about!

Our materials are quick drying so it won't take too long before she's back in action. Due to its absorbent qualities, we recommend hanging the bra inside out to dry for 24 hours.

It's important to follow the size chart and if you are measuring larger than listed, please don't try and squeeze into a Lesh bra! Bras that are too tight can encourage mastitis and we definitely don't want that for you.
